Billing & Payment Guide

Manage your payment methods, invoices, and billing history.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via Stripe:

•Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
•Debit Card
•Additional methods may be available based on your region

Adding a Payment Method

1.Go to Dashboard → Billing
2.Click "Manage Payment Methods"
3.You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal
4.Add your card details securely

Viewing Invoices

1.Go to Dashboard → Billing
2.View your transaction history
3.Click on any transaction to see details or download invoice

Refund Policy

•Refund requests can be submitted within 30 days of purchase
•Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable (per ICANN policy)
•SSL certificates can be refunded within 7 days if not yet issued
•Hosting refunds are prorated based on usage

Auto-Renewal Billing

When auto-renewal is enabled:

•You'll be charged automatically before expiry
•Receipt is sent via email
•Failed payments trigger email notifications
•3 retry attempts are made for failed payments

Managing Subscriptions

Access your Stripe Customer Portal from the billing page to:

•Update payment methods
•View all invoices
•Download receipts
•Cancel subscriptions
